Basa29 Terms & Conditions — Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between basa29 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you"). By accessing the basa29.ws website or mobile application, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

One Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per person, family, residential address, device, or IP address. If a member is found to be operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Deposit Rules:

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals cannot be processed without KYC verification.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

If basa29 suspects any unusual activity on a transaction, it reserves the right to place that transaction on hold until verification is complete.

Basa29 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, detailed on the relevant offer page. The following general conditions, however, apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a wager of ×20 to ×35 the bonus amount before a cashout can be made.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days of being issued, or they will expire and be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses cannot be used on certain games. Please refer to the offer details.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum bet is generally limited to ৳500.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses or employing arbitrage strategies to clear bonuses is strictly prohibited.

The welcome bonus is available to new members registering for the first time only. The same person cannot open multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once.

The following rules are mandatory for all members playing on basa29:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator). There is no possibility of tampering with game results.
• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, any active bet will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot game is listed on its information page. This is a long-term average and is not guaranteed for any individual session.

• Basa29 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from software bugs or technical errors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on basa29 and will result in immediate account suspension:

1. Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal money laundering purposes.
2. Account Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
3. Bot Usage: Using automated software or bots to play games.
4. Collusion: Collusion between multiple players to act against another player.
5. Chargeback Fraud: Filing a false complaint with the payment provider after making a deposit.
6. Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
7. System Exploit: Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

Members may close their own account by contacting the support team. The account will be closed once all pending withdrawals have been processed.

basa29 reserves the right to close or suspend an account at its discretion if:

• The member violates the Terms & Conditions.
• The information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• KYC verification fails.
• Suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, a member's actual deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned within 5 business days, unless an investigation is ongoing.
